Just wanted to say welcome to the board! We have a number of ladies here who are TTC and one who just got her BFP!!

So tell us a bit more about yourself when you get a chance!

    Welcome aboard Missp!

After 7 IUI cycles - my partner and I are expecting a baby in February! Good luck - these girls have proven to be a wonderful support during the 2ww and early pregnancy!

Have to add....I am in anxious auntie mode....my sister went into the hospital at 9:00 this morning - contractions 2 minutes apart - and its just short of 7pm now! I'm guessing this has been a very long day for her!

Congratulations to you and your family! What's the baby's name?

And are you going to find out the sex of your baby?

Georgia is the name of my new niece!

My poor dad lost his dad when he was 11, and has spent the rest of his life surrounded (AKA swarmed) but women - this is the beginnings of generation #3! So, the name is for him - only in this family would we have to find a way to name a little girl after him!

NO! We're not finding out the sex! I want to so badly - but DP won't have it. She's been so easy going about everything until this - that I had to just cave! I tried the "but s/he's getting your last name, we could at least find out b/c I want to know" and she pulled "You're the one who wanted a baby" trump card.

So - wait it shall be. I'll have to rely on old wive's tales.

If we are fortunate enough to get pg again....I don't want to know the sex. I would want it to be a surprise.

Is that how they're spelling Georgia? My DS has a Jorja in his class and my mom's 1st grade class has a jorja, too. I had never seen it spelled with a J.

Yep - that's the spelling. She's gorgeous - I saw her last night.
