    Need assistance!!

I’m supposed to get a sonohysterogram on day 7-10 on my cycle. The thing is, I don’t have a true period. I spot for about 3-4 days. Do I consider the first day of my cycle when I start spotting?

The first day of your period is the first day of heavy flow, so generally speaking, the first day or so of spotting isn't counted when calculating your first day. Since you don't really have a day of heavy flow, I would check with either (or perhaps both) your doctor who ordered the test to see what s/he recommends and also with the lab where you will have the sonohysterogram (assuming it's at a different location) and see what they recommend as well.
