Upstairs Laundry rm sound like a good idea? DON'T

OH I just walked into the laundry room and the hose had worked it self out of the drain There was water pouring out into the laundry room which just so happens to be ABOVE the foyer!!! So I get the laundry room cleaned up and run downstairs and its everywhere!!!! Did I mention this is the second time we have had a flood? The first was caused by COMCAST-tic. They lay the cable to our road busting the water main causing sediment in the line, causing our washing machine water line to get blocked and cause a drip out the back which ALSO flooded our foyer.
Now we have ruined buckled trim, peeling paint, screwed up drywall, ceiling and probably damaged wood floors in our brand new home and I am sooooooooooooo mad!!!!!!! With a $2000 insurance deductible this is probably not covered. SOOOOOOOOOOO MAD!
    thanks for letting me rant!
Oh I found out it also made its way to the basement

What a blinkin' mess. Laundry of any type is not an interesting topic but when it ruins things, I hate laundry even more!

Comcast can't get anything right as it is so I doubt they would ever take care of damages because we would have to prove they did it.
