It's cold and rainy here today

Remember when you were single and it was cold and rainy. AAHHHHH! Sometimes I long for just one of those days. In my jammies all day, reading a good book and watching old movies. I'd just eat junk food and nap and maybe take a bath.

Anyone else long for just one of those days? What would you do?

Rainy today here too. Yes - it was one of those morning when it would have been great to sleep in. Would have!!! I do miss those sometimes.

Sleep late. I always loved how dim the morning light was when it had been raining. It was really nice, unless I had to go to work. The sound of the rain was hypnotic. I would curl up and listen to it hitting the roof and the window. Then crack the window to get a whiff of that rainy day smell.

It makes me remember galoshes and stomping in puddles. I don't think anyone wears galoshes anymore.

I look forward to sleeping late again a few years from now.

Yes - I remember sleeping in!! Vaguely, of course, it's been a while!!

Rainy day = sleep late, stay in warm pj's and have a Lifetime marathon!!

HA - Not anymore! It's worth it, though!

    Hi

Oh how I wish it rained here. I have been in Qatar for about 8 months now and no rain at all. I love to stay indoors on rainy days.
