Hi... I have my dh on it for some time now... it helps low morphology... which is irregular shaped sperm... he went from 1% to 5 % on the strict Krugar test...now is morphology is in normal range... still on the low side, but considered in normal range... I thank the Pycnogenol for the improvement... the nurse was even shocked with his last SA... and aked us what we were doing different... I swear by it... I'm not sure of the effects on other forms on IF... wishing you all the best!!!

    Hi,
We got the pycnogenol from GNC. I know you can get it online too, but GNC often as buy one get one half off sales, so I went there. He has been taking one a day.

    Hope that helps! Good luck!

    Hello Charliegirl

The recommended dosage for male infertility is 200mg pycnogenol daily. Check out some of Dr. Scott Roseff's studies. How has your success been.
