    Any successes with poor SCSA?

    Hi,
My dh had varicocele repair 2 years ago. After 2 failed IVF/ICSI we asked to have a SCSA done and learned that he had a score of 41.

DH has already been doing healthy diet, vitamins and proxeed for 2 years. Some improvement in count but not fragmentation.

Just wondered if there was anyone who has had success after a poor SCSA test.

    tumblegrl10,

I am sorry for your 2 failed IVF/ICSI's.

I posted yesterday a new thread, with basically same concern as yours.
We have low morphology (1%) which might be due to high fragmentation. What is your DH's morphology parameter?

We will be trying our 1st IVF/ICSI.
Have you decided how to proceed from this point?

    Hay

    hay,
I am not sure of my DH morphology... I will have to check!

Good luck with your IVF/ICSI cycle. When do you start?

We decided to move onto donor IUI and have had one so far and it failed. I will be doing another in July.

Loads of baby dust to you!
