    Birth Plan

A couple of weeks ago one of you posted a link to a birth plan on the ivillage website. Sorry I dont remember who (I can hardly remember my name these days). I really liked the plan and its wording but when I filled it out, it then asks you to hit "create plan" and when I did it came back blank, twice. I am wondering if anyone else had problems with it and also wondering if any of you have any other links to birth plans.

    Thanks.
