    Hey ladies -

I am another new one for the January group. We are expecting our second baby around January 17th or 18th. We're not sure of the exact due date yet, but it's the best that I could come up with for now. This baby is a total surprise, and DH and I are still in shock. I had a beta last Friday and it was 6,862. I had an u/s yesterday and we saw the yolk sac and fetal pole. We have a second u/s scheduled for the 31st and we should see the heartbeat then. My progesterone level was a little low so I'm on progesterone suppositories (how fun is that?!) 3 times a day. I've been super tired (I've been napping everyday!) and nauseous most of the day. It's so different than the last time I was pregnant.

I have one Sam, who will turn 3 in August. We were blessed with Sam after ttc for 4 years. We had been ttc #2 (with our RE's help) all of last year and we have been on a break since the holidays and to be honest we weren't sure if we were going to go back to the RE again. I am still so surprised to be pregnant again.

I look forward to getting to know everyone over the next 9 months.

    Take care,

    Amy
