    Basal Body Temperature Question

I have been charting my temperature since the day of my IUI (02/14). It has gone from 97.1 to 98.2 as of this morning. Is that a good sign? I had light spotting first thing this morning, but it didn't last long. I don't go back to my doctor until the 28th for confirmation as to whether or not the IUI worked.

Good luck to all of you!

    Jeanette

That is a great sign!!! I was told that if the temps stay high it is a sign of pg. I'll be keeping everything crossed that I can. Can't wait to see your high numbers!
    Good luck!

Jeanette, Your temp will rise slightly after O it then should stay elevated by at least .4 above your normal temp and stay there until AF. Warning some say that your temp can stay high even into your af. As for the spotting my doc warns me that they maybe some spotting cause of messing with the cervix. Implantation spotting will usually happen 7-9 days post O. I hope this helps. Mindy
