I'm sure it will vary state to state, doctor to doctor. I pay $195 per IUI, but that is with donor semen (which is extra), so there is no semen washing or "workup".
    Hope this helps.
PS My insurance covers none of it.

I live in Florida and prices vary from doctor to doctor. I get mine done by my OB/GYN she had fertility problems herself so she understands what its' like. I pay 125 for the IUI and 62 for the wash, so 187 total. However, my RE charges 320.00 for an IUI.

If you're budgeting, be careful that you look into all the potential costs beyond just the IUI itself such as ultrasounds, blood work, sperm prep, medication, etc. For us, the ultrasounds are four times the cost of the actual IUI.

Excluding the medication, which is just a small co-pay for us, the all in cost for an IUI has been running about $1,000 per try for my wife and I. This is in New York City, though, so I'm sure it costs more here than some other locations.

    Good luck.

the iui alone is only a 200 for us. But, with stims and ultrasounds and bloodwork - you are looking at about $3000. (Drugs $1700 (repronex & hcg) with about 200 everytime you go to the dr.

I'm in upstate ny - just like the others said, it all depends are where you are and what you really need.

I live in NE Ohio. Our costs are $200 for mid cycle u/s. $100 sperm wash and $150 for the IUI procedure. I take Clomid 50mg and it is $5.99/pill. The HCG shot is $40. If they change the dosage on the Clomid they do an u/s around CD3.

If we do IUI the entire procedure with sperm wash etc is $330. It also costs me $375 an office visit with u/s. We have no infertility coverage and live in Virginia.

    IUI factors

Another factor to consider is whether your doc prefers to do just one IUI or several on alternate days.

A cost-saving approach may be to use a gyn, but that's without injectibles, obviously.
