    I know... i just checked on here and it is very sad that this thread seems to be dying. This thread is so dear to my <3! I think many people have moved over to Facebook hypothalamic amenorrhea groups. We are doing ok. I am cycling naturally after HA and have been TTC since around April, and we have so far been unsuccessful. In our 10th 2ww now and hoping to see an RE at some point soon. Anyone else still lurking here? How is everyone??? x

    I'm doing great, 24 weeks pregnant tomorrow! Really hope I can fully recover on my own after the baby.. Don't want to have to go through fertility treatments again!

    I wanted to post an update for anyone in the future searching through threads, as I found it helpful when I was doing initial research to look at a single user's set of posts over time. After a couple failed femara/ovidrel/timed intercourse cycles we switched to femara/ovidrel/IUI and tried that 5 times. We finally decided to do IVF at the end of last year and got a BFP on Dec 23!!! I am now 15 weeks with a baby boy, due Sept 2! IVF was definitely not easy, but nowhere near as terrible as I expected. And it worked!!!! Good luck to everyone out there still trying to recover or trying to get that BFP. Try to be patient and it will happen eventually!

    Hey everyone! I was active on this thread a few years ago... since then I conceived my now 4 month old boy trough ivf :-). However, never got my cycle back. I'd love to have another child but would like to try naturally. Anyone have their cycle reset after pregnancy?

    Hello! I was active on here in 2015 -- and I recognize some names of those who've come back for updates . I wanted to update in case anyone still comes to these boards for success stories/hope. I had HA for almost a decade, got pregnant with Menopur, and had one of the most complicated pregnancies ever. I was on bed rest for 5 months. At the end of it, my daughter was born healthy and she's now a thriving 2.5 year old. Believe it or not, I actually regained my period about a year after her birth, once she had stopped nursing during the night. I was incredulous. It took a few months for my period to become regular, but my husband and I conceived naturally the first cycle we tried and just gave birth to a healthy baby girl at term with no bed rest and no complications. Thanks to the women on this board and my life events, I've truly learned to embrace myself as I am and to be grateful to be alive with those I love. It's cheesy, I know.
    Me = 31, DH = 37. TTC since May 2014. On BC for ~10 years, stopped 4/14 and no period since. Over-exerciser and under-eater. BMI = 21.5 (more now but not weighing). 7/1/14 E2 = 17pg/ml and u/s revealed PCO. Dx with HA & "all in." 7/31: E2 = 50pg/ml, FSH 5.8, LH 7.8. 8/14 Provera bleed & 2.5mg Femara, no O. 9/14 Menopur, trigger 10/17. BFP 10/28. Beta: 12dpo = 263, 15dpo = 867. It's twins, EDD 7/1.
