What are your favorite canning books?

I've picked up about 4 canning books.

"Stocking up III" so much info in this one.

    "Ball's Blue Book" 1963
    "Ball's Blue Book" 1993
    "Ball's Blue Book" 1999

Each of the Blue Books have nearly the same recipes in them. I aquired the 1963 and 1999 from the gal who was selling off her Grandmother's things.

Here is a saying from the back of the 1963 book

Be careful in your selection, Do not choose too young. When selected, give your entire throughts to preparation for domestic use. Some wives insist upon keeping them in a pickle, others are constantly getting them into hot water. This may make them sour, hard, and sometimes bitter; even poor varieties may be made sweet, tender and good, by garnishing them with patience, well sweetened with love and seasoned with kisses. Wrap them in a mantle of charity. Keep warm with a steady fire of domestic devotion and serve with peaches and cream. Thus prepared, they will keep for years.
