    Refund for frozen plants

My friend told me today she got a refund from Home Depot for the plants she bought from them, planted, then got frozen (below freezing night time temps here). She pulled the plants up and returned them with her receipt. I was impressed.

I can't remember how long it is, but yes, that have a great return policy on plants that die for whatever reason. My Mom bought some type of bushes there and two of them lived for a few weeks then croaked while the others were growing great (and all planted in the same spot) and they have her replacements with no problems at all.
