    Hey Becky,

I hope you mean me. I am doing well 4 weeks after surgery. The first week was a bit rough. But mostly good news from the dr. She found no blockage, no endo and no scar tissue. She did find one fibroid and it is near a tube, but she said even if it grows, it will not obstruct the tube. I am thinking this is because it is kind of behind - she had to lift the uterus to see it.

So, now I am onto the RE to better treat the PCOS and get me o'ing again. Also, we are looking into microsort to avoid a very bad genetic disease, and so we are researching our insurance options (as it is open enrollment time).

I am also planning to ask about acupuncture as I think it may help.

So, thanks for asking. Things are busy but we are making definite progress.

    Kate

    Becky,

Yep, so far my reg OB/GYN has done a good job treating PCOS, but I think it is time for some more aggressive work (or at least monitoring to see what is going on). The RE has a great rep and spec in follicular dev in women with PCOS, which is just what I need right now.

Thanks for checking in -- has this board been slow lately? I still do have the genetic issues to deal with -- it seems like it's one thing after another. But we only really need to have one healthy pg and we will be happy!

BTW, your kids are adorable and I love the names! Thanks for including the photo.

    Kate
