Need advice on writing note to school

Okay! This is probably a dumb request. I need help wording a note to send to school. We need to take my son out of school early on Friday. This is our first time to ever do this so I have no clue what to write. Please give me an example of what to say!

    Thanks for your help!!!!!!

    Ms./Mr. Teacher,

I will be picking DS up early on Friday. I will come get him around 1:00. I just wanted to give you advance notice.

    Thank you,
    Me

Nothing just show up and take him. He's your child. This goes on in my classroom ALL week. It's kind of you to want to write an advance note but just don't know that it is necessary. At least at my school it wouldn't be.

They'll probably ask you at the office if he'll be returning later that day or not. That will tell them whether to have him bring his backpack, etc., with him to the office to meet you. Then when you take him back on Monday you can send a note about excusing his partial absence for whatever reason......HTH

I would write a note as to not have to wait on him.

    Mrs H,

I will be picking up ds at 2:00 on Friday. Thank you, mom

When we do this, ds is usually waiting in the office for me. With 2 little ones, it's a big help. There has been a time or 2 that I had to wait for him and it's just plain annoying!

We always write a note for early dismissal or late arrival. I usually just write:

    Dear Ms. So and So,

Andrew will be picked at up at 1Pm today as he has a dentist/doctor appointment. He will return shortly thereafter (or he will not return for the rest of the day). Please send any appropriate work home for him (if he will not return).

    Thank you,
    Mrs. B

We are asked by the girls' school to write a note should they be taken early. I simply write:

Alison has a dentist's app't at 10 am. I will pick her up at 9:50 & will bring her back afterward.

You could simply say, Just to let you know; I will be picking X up on Friday at xxx for the weekend. He will be back to school Monday (or later that day.) Thank you.

Exactly, a note to school doesn't have to be perfect. I took my kids out today and tomorrow to go away for a long weekend with their grandparents, but they don't need to know why even. I just wrote that dd and ds will be out of school on Thursday and Friday, Oct 16-17. During conferences I told each of their teachers when and why, so they had a heads up.

eta--be sure to sign it (obvious but just FYI ) as they need a parent/guardian signature for this stuff.

This happens daily in my classroom too. It is very annoying, but only if it is the same kid over and over. If it is a child's first time, not big deal. Just say....I'm picking them up at such and such a time.
    Peace,

The only piece of advice I can give to you is to use this top writing service . I have always been terrible at writing things, so I just used this kind of help and quite successfully
