I'm suppling the condiments for Mother's Day....any good suggestions?

I was told last night, that I'm stuck bring the condiments for our Mother's Day get together.

Items on the Menu that I know about:
    Brisket (cooked on the grill)
potato salad (SIL bringing and I don't like the way she makes it)
beans (the baked kind with bacon mixed in...yum!)
    deviled eggs
deserts (homemade ice cream and who knows what else)

Any ideas for something quick, easy and impressive?

Sorry Lynn, I was using my mother's terminology. She calls condiments black olives, green olives, pickles, stuff like that, but I'd like to take something impressive.

My mom would call that a relish tray. If you were here in my town, I would say go over to Wegmans and get a bunch of stuff at the Mediterranean Bar. Our grocery has this amazing bar where you can get a dozen different olives, domades, hummus, baba ganoush, roasted tomatoes, peppers, chopped up brushetta mix, and lots of other yummy stuff. I suspect that this is not common everywhere, though, but maybe you could make up a similar tray. Get a sectioned tray like you would use for a veggies tray and fill it up with hummus in the dip section and several different fancy olives, marinated sun-dried tomatoes, and whatever else you can find and serve it with a basket of pita triangles.

Mmm I like Norma's ideas. I was thinking:

    - veggie tray with whichever favorite dip
    - fiesta-style platter with pico de gallo, guacamole, taco-seasoned sour cream, tortilla chips, crisp veggies cut for dipping
    - a plethora of pickles: sweet, dill, garlic, hot pepper/pickle mix
    - fruit kabobs (fruit in chunks, tossed in a small amt of lemon juice, randomly skewered and arranged on a platter) Sweet fruit dip optional.
