    Depot Lupron v Letrozole/BC for BCL6 Positive

I just found out that I scored strongly positive for BCL-6 via a Receptiva test. Our IVF Dr is suggesting Depot Lupron or as an alternative Letrozole plus Birth Control. She indicated that the former has a higher success rate but they've seen some successes for Letrozole with birth control.

I've read some scary things online about Depot Lupron side effects and that it's not actually FDA approved for use in infertility treatment.

Anyone here done either or have insights to share both good and bad?

    Hi boken2017,

I replied to your other post, but thought I'd leave a note here as well. There are some previous posts on FT related to your inquiry. It can be a bit difficult to sift through the results, but there is information there that may help you. I'm sorry I can't be of more assistance. Please let me know if there are any other questions you may have I can answer.
