We just recently started looking into the details behind it but I believe we are leaning more towards having an open donation outside of an agency. I had a hard time accepting the fact that with the agencies we looked into we had no help in the picking process. We too had IVF in 2015 and got 7 embryos. Used 3 (twin miscarriage, and a son) and conceived without assistance and are currently almost 31 weeks pregnant. We have 4 embryos we will be looking to put up for adoption.

I am 6 weeks tomorrow. We have 3 frosty babies remaining. We are only having 1, as this will be my husband's 5th child. Our clinic only gave us so many options. For donating, it was to donate to science. That is what we chose. I figured I was too old for any one to want my eggs/embyos. I am 35.

We have quite a few embryos (14 I think) which are good for donation. We have a boy (and a girl on the way) from the first OPU. We are thinking of 2 more children in the 5-6 years and 6-8 years. I am 30, so I think it might work just fine. However we are in Japan and transporting the embryos is a hassle and if we donate them, they can only go to research but they are pretty high quality embryos so I have looked into international donations. I just don't want to hoard them. Haha...
