Need help....trying to decide what clinic and egg bank to use in south Florida

Need help deciding.. anyone in South Florida doing frozen donor egg cycle?
I am in South Florida and trying to decide which clinic and egg bank to use. I have narrowed it down to IVF Florida (they use Donor egg bank USA) and IVFMD also known as Florida institute for reproductive medicine. Has anyone used either of these clinics? Do you know of a fertility clinic that has a lot of experience with frozen donor eggs? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

I don't have any experience with Florida REs, but have you checked their success stats? SART.org is now breaking out the donor egg success rates by frozen, fresh, and FET cycles. Wish they had this info when I was looking at clinics for DE!

    SART: Find a Clinic
    Me: 42, AMH = 0.32
    DH: 39
DS - born 7/12 from IUI No. 2

    Trying for No. 2
    IVF 1 - May 2013
6 eggs, 3 fertilized and made to day 5 blast
    Transfer 1 Grade A - BFP - missed m/c at 8 weeks

    FET - 11/27/13 - 2 frosties - BFN
Frozen DE cycle - April 2014 - BFN
One last shot...Fresh DE at Shady Grove
    Transfer 1 EBCC embryo 11/28/14 - BFP!

Yes, I did look them up and they are ok. Florida isn't the best place to do IVF but I think I have decided to go with a guarantee egg bank/clinic program...if no baby after 6 cycles you get 100% money back. Thank you for the feed back!

Glad you made a decision! I did an unsuccessful frozen egg cycle in 2014 with one RE. Then we moved cross country, so we went with a fresh DE split cycle (1 donor/3 recipients) with a 6 cycle guarantee at a new RE. Of course, that's the cycle that worked on the first try! Haha! But I don't regret getting the guarantee. Good luck with your cycle!

Hi, unfortunately not, I can not help you. We did not visit the reproductive clinics in Florida. We flew much further, to Ukraine. Of course, at first, we were in India, but there was a failure for us. Yes, and now in India there are many restrictions on reproductive medicine for foreign citizens. Especially, it concerns the surrogacy. Therefore, if you are interested in our experience, write to me.
