    Question anyone else HUNGRY??

Hi. Oh my goodness.. I went from having severe m/s a few weeks back to only have some mild night sickness recently.
But, for the past week or so, I am starving.. I am talking.. stomach growling, rumbling, etc... every couple of hours!
I am scared I am going to be big as a house between it being twins and this uncontrollable hunger.
Can anyone else relate to this? Any suggestions to feel full longer?? I feel like a bottomless pit.

    Hey Andrea...

I feel enormous and was worrying about gaining too much weight. I just try to make sure that I don't have "empty" calories. I drink more water and if I'm hungry before a meal, I'll drink an ovaltine or a Quik Chocolate milk because it doesn't have any caffiene.

Just don't let your babies get hungry. If you're hungry, then they must be. Just keep snacking all day and as long as you're not having 5,000 calories a day - you're not going to gain the "extra" weight.

Hungry? Anyone mentining food? Where? Hungry in my vocabulary is a huge understatement as I seem to be constantly eating. I get so hungry every 3 hours that I start to shake. I changed my purse for a back pack as I have so many snacks "just in case" my purse got too small for that. I think I am getting hungry again, hmmmmmm.......

Im too very hungry, especially at work. I have had bad m/s all day and the days when I dont get it I am starving all the time!! I snack every two hours on cheese slices, apricot bars and fruit!! Im trying to stay healthy I must admit at home i do have potato chips ready in the cupboard if I get peckish!! Went I saw my ob last Monday I hadnt put on any weight in 5 weeks since I saw him last so that was ok, must be doing something right.

Eat up thoes babies need it! I say eat all you can now because in a short amount of time your babies are going too big for you to fit much food in before feeling full. Trust me. I can barely make it through a cup-o-soup before being so full I could burst. Its such a short amount of time that you get to eat anything you want, take advantage of it!

    Hi Andrea!

I can completely relate!! I too, was having a lot of m/s and nausea and am recently hungry all of the time!!! I'm doing better bringing fruit to work, so I can snack on it, but am having trouble with lunch. I don't plan ahead to bring a good healthy lunch, so end up with either fast food or a salad from applebee's.

I have pretty much cut out all soft drinks and rely on water or a little bit of pink lemonade (my favorite alternate drink). Good luck and feed those babies. My husband keeps reminding me how we have growing baby boys and they need their food!

oh gosh...... i wish, i feel kind of nibblish, but i dont fancy a thing !!!!!!! its miserable, and if i do fancy something then its chocolate or a cream cake, all empty calories, not good, the only time i feel genuinely hungry is about 10.30 pm, when i am thinking about going to sleep, and not eating, i have to go and have some cereal

I have been hungry and have to eat something every few hours. Before pregnancy I could eat so much!! Now, not so much but more often. I have gained ZERO pounds!! I was up two pounds and lost those this past weekend (I weigh every Saturday). I am exercising and eating continuously but I think my body has become more efficient. I feel great and am not worried at all because I know I am eating, eating, eating and I am overweight so it's all good.

HUNGRY! YUP! Eat ALL the time. Not necessarily good calories, either.

PLUS since I am on restrictions, I can't really keep in shape as much as I'd like too.

Putting on SO much weight...but dr isn't really worried...
