    OB Update

I had an appointment with my OB yesterday. Everything was fine but my weight; I have lost another couple of pounds for a total of 7. I didn't get to see my doc because he got called to deliver, but I got to see the nurse. She told me to take Unisom and 1/2 vit B6 for my morning sickness, and if it did not work, they would call me in a px. I got to hear the heartbeat it was 156 bpm.

Well as far as the weight loss, you can always make that up later. I promise. I hope that the meds help with the morning sickness, I know thats a huge bummer. I bet it was nice to hear the heart beat. I am glad that your got to hear it.
    Take care.

I'm glad to hear that you are doing alright except for the weight loss. I ended up losing weight the entire prgncy with my ds....weighed less when I gave birth than I did when I got pg...but then again I was severly overweight and they said that was pretty typical to lose weight. I don't know your situation, but I hope that your meds will help with the m/s so you can start putting on that baby weight that you need!

I'm glad everything went OK. I heard its OK to loose weight in the first trimester. I lost 3 lbs in the first couple months and I have gained a whooping 1/2 lb through my 15th week pregnancy with twins. No one has commented, so I'm not concerned. I would think your situation would be similar!

Glad to hear all is going well! I too wouldn't worry about the weight loss at this point. Plenty of time to pick that up. Sorry you are still feeling sick--that is a huge bummer!

Take care and thanks for the update!

Great news Jess! The heartbeat is perfect!

I hope the MS goes away soon. If you want to add some weight...you can take some of the 10 pounds I've gained

I will add my 7lbs and with the 10 lbs above you will have extra 17! How is that? But seriously now, glad that your appointment went well and don't worry about the weight loss. It happens, maybe now with the meds will get better.... Good luck.

I lost 5 lbs at first and as soon as my m/s stopped (last week) I began to feel hungrier than usual. I have since put on two pounds. Glad everything else is going well. I hope you feel better soon and start packing on the pounds!
