    nervous about my nuchal

I am having my nuchal fold test tomorrow and with every appointment I am terrified that something will go wrong. I just can't relax. This is actually the 2nd time Im going. The last time I went, the office had scheduled me even though I was only 10 weeks 3 days. So they did a sonagram which was wonderful said every thing looked ok but to come back at 11w 5 days-tomorrow. Any tips for relaxing. Am I the only one who is nervous about each appointment? Help.
    Chris

You're definitely not alone in being nervous!!! We all are! I couldn't relax until they told me it looked good.

The only suggestion is to be happy that you'll get to see your bean again. Maybe you can turn the nervousness into excitement?

Good luck tomorrow and make sure you post your results!!!

Chris, you are not alone. I worry constantly. I get so nervous before each Drs. Appt. I think my blood pressure goes up a notch.
I just wish I could relax and enjoy this pregnancy but after going through so much and so many disappointments to get here- it is easier said than done.
I am sure you and your baby will be just fine.
Please update us on your appt. Positive thoughts are coming your way!

I totally think its normal, that or we are all losin' it. I worry every appt. I worry that one wont be moving around, that a heart will have stopped, that they will find another (lol) I would say that its a natrual part of being a mom to be, doubled by the fact that we cant see whats going on in there. Thats scary.
My thoughts will be with you tomorrow, but I am sure all is well with your wee one. In a few hours you will be looking at your baby, that alone is wonderful.
    Take care,
    Tammie

All of us worry! It's so fragile. Good luck at your appointment and let us know how it goes.
One thing that helps me relax is to listen to the heartbeat with my babybeats before each appointment. Do you have one?
Good luck!! You and your baby will do great!!
