Is generic claritin or generic Zyrtec which one of the two is good for treating allergies?

Neither of them does a thing for my dd, but Zyrtec made her sleepy.
The only thing that works for her is Nasonex (prescription_ spray. She's been on the adult dose since she was about 8.Janice

generic zrytec from Costco works well for all of us. I have to add in prescription flonase and asthma meds

My kids both take Zyrtec (generic version) as well as Nasonex (prescription). Of the two you mentioned, I prefer Zyrtec. Claritic makes me feel disembodied lol!

I think generic Zyrtec is much better medicine but there are different types of Allergy and without the advice of doctor we can't use these medicines.

I like the one from Costco, Allertec its generic Zyrtec it works great!

My DS uses Cetirizine. It's a generic form of Zyrtec. It works well for him.
