    Does anyone have...

a rocking horse or spring horse?

Miss G is OBSESSED with horses right now (what is it with little girlies and horses?!) so we're also thinking of a horse for her. Since it'll be a while before she gets the real thing (and you know when the "Daddy, pleeeeeease" kicks in, she will), one for Christmas would be perfect.

Anyone have one that they love? There are two that *I* love

Or how about ones that you DON'T love?

Van has wooden rocking airplane, does that count? LOL I think if you can afford it, go with the rocking one. I think it would become an heirloom piece.

Yes, Cam has a rocking horse and is just now getting into it. Ours is a plush one. I looked for it on the web but couldn't find a link for you. I really like the first one you have pictured.

Me, too!! I LOVED my Charlie Horse! I can still remember clomping around on the thing for hours when I was little. That's why I'm torn, I guess. Part of me wants the heirloom horse and the other just wants a horse that she can have a total blast on.

    Decisions, decisions...

We have a cheapy that we got for the boys for their birthday. It got put away along with the Miss Spider one because Wade scooted them around to climb up to things he shouldn't get. He would stand on the back of them He's still in this phase so they won't be coming out again any time soon. A taller one shouldn't have this problem though

Both my kids have rocking horses. Something similar to this:

Both have enjoyed them, right now Rico is more into it than Marielle. I think it's a good investment, myself.

We have one of the springy kind - sort of like that second one. My kids love it and it gets used daily. Good luck finding one you like! The heirloom one is beautiful!
