    Final decision made.. NO surgery

After discussing several different options with my OB we, both agree to not go through with the surgery.

Come Monday, I will have test ran on me to have the final DX with my bladder. Then I will start Lupron with Estrogen and then, I might consider during the study. My had the same thoughts as I on doing the study. He thought it could give me relief for a few months but, *what* happens afterwards when, the study is over with? Do I continue using the Danazol or will that be that.

I am just glad I saw the specialist and now have more options besides a hyst only.

You all have been wonderful and I am now off to pick of Hannah from Mother's Day Out!!! I miss her.

Mother's Day Out is a program offered by local Church's. It usually starts during the beginning of the school year and will run until the end of the school year. Every program is different but, classes usually are held three days a week or more. Hours vary from 9am-2pm and is similar to a daycare environment.

Hannah is going just one day a week now from 9:30am-2:30pm. There are 7 toddlers in her class and three teachers. Hannah's classes offer a variety of activities such as: art & crafts, story time, play time, field trips, nap time and lunch.

There is a monthly tuition fee and a registration fee but, it is cheaper than daycare's cost. Not by much though

If Hannah enjoys the classes then, we will bump her up to two days a week.
Today, she made her very first artwork!!!! It was her hand print on a poster board. She didn't want to open her hand so, it is a big purple blob. Being that, it is her VERY first artwork, I think it is BEAUTIFUL!

That is so awesome!!! Has your new dr. said anything about fertility possibilities especially if the bladder issue can be taken care of?

At this time, I have not thought in that direction.

I am thinking my delivery had something to do with this. Since Hannah was born, I have always had to run to the restroom every couple of hours including waking at night as well. My thoughts are, she was a decent size baby at 8lbs 4 oz and my OB was worried that, I would not be able to deliver vaginally due to her size. We gave it a shot and it happend. Maybe her size had something to do with my problems in this area I don't know.

Great update, Mel! I'm so glad that your OB was able to help you come to the *right* decision for YOU! And NO SURGERY! WOO HOO!

Keep us updated... I'm very interested in the results of your testing on Monday. I'm interested in the answer to Stacy's questions, too.
