    Adoption law help

    Does anyone know if a Pennsylvania resident can privately adopt a baby from north carolina?
    Me, 26. Dh, 37. Dx PCOS in March 2011.
    4/2011-50 Clomid-BFN*5/2011-100 Clomid-BFN
    6/2011-150 Clomid-BFN*3/2013-150 Clomid/HCG-BFN
    5/2013-150 Clomid/HCG iui BFN* 10/2013-150 Clomid/HCG b2b IUI-BFN
    1/2014-5mg Femara-HCG/T.I-BFN *2/2014-5mg Femara-HCG,IUI-BFN!
    3/2014-150 Gonal-F./HCG/ T.I- BFN* 4/2014- 150 Gonal-F, Dex, HCG T.I-BFN
    6/2014-150 Gonal-F/DEX/HCG/IUI- BFN
    3/2015 Starting IVF!!!!

    I wish I knew but you could always call a local attorney and ask? Or a social worker. They should be up to date with the laws.
    Me-36 (endo 2002), DH-42 (perfect)
    DS (adopted 2004)
    Many IUI- bfn

    IVF#1-4 (2 bfn's 2 chemical's)
    IVF#5 13 ret, 12 mat, 11 fert, 8 biopsy'd = 6 normal frozen for FET
    May 13 FET-BFP- m/c @ 6 weeks
    Sept 13- FET in Oct. cancelled due to surprise BFP!!
    EDD 5/25/2014 (c-section sch. 5/8/14) It's a BOY

    Even if the states allowed independent adoption, you would still need to go through ICPC to ensure that the laws of both states were met, before you could bring the child home.
