    yes, after signing all the documents you will be protected by law and in case when clinic will not manage to fulfill all conditions of the documents you have right to sue.

    in such a case one should have a lawyer with him to make sure that all the conditions in the documents meet all legal requirements

    all clinics should be licensed and regulated by special authority which regulates all aspects of law, so think there is nothing to worry about.

    Hi! Unfortunately there are a lot of people with fertility problems. But despair is not the best option. Nowadays the medicine is highly developed. There are a lot of ways out. Surrogacy was ours. We did the right choice. We are already parents. Don`t be afraid to try. A lot of people are afraid to be cheated. We didn`t think about this. We were concentrated on the child, not on the contract we had to sign. Of course it`s great when you have a possibility to consult a layer or someone who is in charge. So no despair, only faith!!! Best wishes!!!
