pain on my right pelvia area and constant feeling of urinate

I have pain on my right pelvic area and on my back on the sides, I have the urgent to go pipi frequently, and When i pipi the pain disappear. I need to go pipi every 30 min or every time i drink water, I have see different gynecologies and they had tried it as cystitis ( I had taken Oroken, Monuril, Oflaxine ) When I have a crisis of cystits i have a burning feeling all the time on my vagina and every time i unirinate, it is agony go to the bathroom, my last crisis past and i have 3 in this year, almost every 4 months between them. I dont know if i have kidney damage, but i also have seen an urologist and he did analysis of echographie pelviene et renale bilateral and uretrographie retrograde et mictionelle. I am still feel bad, I am taking some herbs that suppost to be good for cystitis but it is not working, whenever i hold for long time my pipi i feel like i want to vomit and an awful sensation on my trougth.
I dont know if i should treat this with a gynecologist or urologist? but i am always have a pain on my back and the feeling to go pipi and if i contact my stomach the feeling is less.

Sus: I am glad to see that you started a whole new thread. You deserve as much support as these boards can offer. I am so very sorry you are in this kind of pain with no answers. You may think this sounds like an odd suggestion, but if you have insurance to cover it and you can go to an emergency room....that may be the best place for you!! They simply are obligated to run as many tests as necessary (with all the specialists present and available), to diagnose your specific ailment. The ER can run as many as 15 tests in 3 hours time. I wish i had more answers for you, but I know you will get more support here eventually.

    Feel better soon!!!
