My name is Elizabeth Story Maley (better known as Story to my students and friends). I am married to Jack Maley who is the love of my life and we live in Manhattan. I am currently pregnant with twins after our first IVF attempt. YEAH! We had 6 failed IUIs before that. I have stage III endo.

I have been working in the fitness field for 12 years now. I am AFAA and Ace certified. I was an art major and health minor at the State University of New York and studied Art Restoration in Florence Italy where I taught aerobics to pay for school.

I teach Spinning (high intensity stationary cycling classes), group fitness classes and have my own personal training business. I have worked on many videos over the years and written quite a few articles for lots of fitness and health magazines. I have also taught instructors in Europe at National seminars. (I still speak Italian but I would never claim fluency !!)

I am thrilled to be a part of FT. I have met so many wonderful people through my experiences here.

Lastly, I have to mention that I am also "mommy" to two wonderful dogs. Zucca the Chiuaua and Mini the Miniature Doberman.
