Anyone have a reliable link to tech support?

For about a month now I haven't been able to get anything from my dock or storage. I keep getting an Adobe 10 error message. Dd who has an account on the same computer doesn't have the problem. When I switch computers I have the same thing so it's obviously with the account and I just can't find where to type in a question that isn't covered in the help menus. Any ideas?

The best way to go is to call them up. I'm out of the country and don't have the number here. Webkinzinsider has posted it many times. For some reason we have not been able to get to Webkinzinsider while in the Netherlands. It always times out. When you call, stay on the line until you talk to a person. One thing, if you use Mozilla, it may give you webbie glitches. Try getting rid of your cookies and using Internet Explorer to get to Webkinz. M
