What supplements do you take?

I keep reading that wheat grass juice can help egg quality. I'm tempted to start taking it, but I don't want to screw anything up with my meds. BTW, I don't have high FSH.

What supplements are you taking? Right now, I'm taking the GNC ultrawoman's multivitamin with an extra shot of Folic Acid.

Smile Fertility Blend

Hello...

I found a product called Fertility Blend...and all of the testimonials seem to be very positive...I am hoping this will help us conceive...We've been on it a month now...and they say it can help you get pregnant within 6 months...and this is women who have been trying for years like us. We've been trying 3 1/2 years...pregnant once but miscarried...that was 2 years ago. I'll let you know if it helps or not!

I also used Women's Fertility Blend along with a few other herbal meds..not sure which worked but the combo did the trick. They all boost healthy cell growth. Great for fragile eggs...
Wish you the best... always take your prenatal vitamins.
