Hi Everyone, I've just started my 2ww, got my IUI 4/25...though looking at everyone else's posts I'm now starting to worry, I triggered at 9PM on 4/23 and got my IUI at 2PM on 2/25, is that too long??
Other than that everything looks good, just gotta find something to do with myself for the next 2 weeks!

Hi, everyone!
I'm actually between this group and the (right now, non-existent) May 2ww group. My beta is 5/7- the day after my 39th birthday. I'm hoping for the best present ever!!
**Children mentioned**
My husband has 2 children (G, 17 and B, 15) from a previous marriage, but I have yet to experience the joys of motherhood. He had a vasectomy reversal last July, but now has issues with sperm count and motility. During our IVF 1, we learned that I apparently have a diminished ovarian reserve. This is our second IVF; we've only been able to get one embryo total. This is my first 2ww.
**End Mention**
Right now, we're hanging onto hope at 3dp3dt with a 4-cell embryo (perfect in every way except the number of cells).
How many of you are really POAS?? I just can't bring myself to do it- I'm afraid I'll do one and then get OCD about it. But, man, the waiting stinks.
Also, I've read that most implants take place about 5 days after a 3dt (or 2-3 days after a 5dt)- does that ring true with most of you that actually experienced effects from an implantation? (And I heard sometimes a 4 cell can be a little late).Me-39 (DOR)
DH-48, MF (proven fert)
IVF#1 (03/12): 1 egg, 0 fert
IVF#2 (04/12): 3 eggs; 1 4-cell at day 3
5/7: BFN
IVF#3 (10/12): 23 eggs, 15 fert; 3dt, 2-A 8-cell (froze 12 grade A 7&8-cell)
Nov 1: BFP- Beta 422!! Beta#2: 3306
1st u/s Nov 16: Baby A 121bpm, Baby B?
2nd u/s Nov 26: Baby A 161bpm, Baby B
Feb 15 u/s (19.5 wks): Baby A (boy)
FET#1 (05/16); 1 10-cell, 1 8-cell

Hi all-
I thought I posted yesterday, but when I went back and checked it didn't seem to have posted. Hmmm... Anyway - I'm back for my 2nd tww in April. I will say this, at least the time between waits flies.
*Pregnancy mention*
I have a 2 and a half year old son, and had a miscarriage before him. Both of those pregnancies were through IUI.
* End mention*
I'm 38 now and have decided that I only want to go for 6 cycles. Money is a bit of an issue, as is my age. I'm just feeling it. The last 3 cycles I 'felt' prego, nausea, dizziness, sore boobs, the whole nine, only to get a BFN. This cycle I was traveling and found out I could inseminate in another clinic. The only catch was that my bank could only get one vial for one insemination in time (donor is limited). So I only had one IUI this cycle. And it wasn't my usual place. The person who did the insemination said she couldn't get it all the way up to the uterus because of the postion of my cervix (?!). And that, combined with having no symptoms to speak of does not fill me with much hope. I'm trying to stay positive, thinking maybe this shake-up of routine was exactly what I needed. But, still...
I wanted to go on progesterone this cycle, partly because I was sure I was pregnant during the last two cycles, but my RE wanted to do more blood tests, and if I get another BFN we'll talk about it. Which is probably the right way to be, but I just want to DO something.
Congrats to all the people who got BFPs, and good luck to all the rest of us, circling the airport, fingers crossed!
P.S. Does anyone have any ideas for ways to fall asleep? I've had terrible insomnia for the past couple of days and am exhausted, but know that a lot of things I would normally do (like have a glass of wine, take a super hot bath, etc.) are off limits...
