The night before beta is torture. I have POAS and it is BFN... but I am only 12dpo... has anyone had a 12dpo neg hpt and then got a bfp from the beta? Do you think that 13dpo is early for a beta?

hi ladies - since i'm obsessing - thought i'd come join you
. Here's hoping BFPs for everone
Jones - i'm so sorry about the BFN.
I'm in the 2ww as well - beta on 12/13. I typically post on the high FSH board. I'm a hopelessly poor responder but we got one fertilized egg this time around and did a 2dt of a 4 cell grade 2 (good on this scale) embryo last Wednesday. I've had success in the past with a 2dt which is why we did it 1 day early.
This weekend, I've gotten some crampy twinges kind of like AF is on the way but that's all in the way of symptoms. Hope that doesn't spell the end...

flon, congrats on the transfer. How many?
Jones, sorry for the BFN. That stinks. I am glad you and DH are talking about what's next; it's helpful when there is a "next", when there is a plan (even a "wait and reevaluate" plan).
kerry, welcome.
OnlyHope, what was your beta?
braveface, GL tomorrow!
AFM: In my continuing 2ww saga --- are you kidding me? my tooth (crown) fell out today! This has been one of the most "exciting" 2wws I've had in my 7½ yrs TTC. I start POAS tomorrow morning (for scientific purposes). I expect a BFN for a few days and then would very much like a BFP at least the morning of beta (Friday). However, I am well aware that neither early BFNs nor BFPs can predict a viable pg; they are merely indicators. Yea, that's the ticket!
Wishing you all well,
~S

called my Ob/Gyn for the cd21 progesterone blood test result and he said I definately ovulated, the levels were very good although I forgot to ask exactly what they were. Now on cd27 and STILL SPOTTING!!!! have been spotting since cd22.
Had some red spotting last night so I thought for sure I had begun a new cycle, but today back to dark brown light spotting. I mentioned this to the doc but he wasnt concerned at all about the spotting. I am. I am not using suppositories and despite the blood test results I am starting to think that I should be. I have had several ultrasounds and an HSG with no fibroids or blocked tubes or anything. This is driving me crazy.
Sorry to hear about your BFN jonesad1974. It is an awful feeling!
Looking forward to hearing about strong betas from the other ladies.

OnlyHope, you are the equivalent of 14dpo --- that's spot on!!!!!! I'm looking at an IVF study I like to use and viability of a singleton jumps to its highest when HCG is 87-106 (for twins it's 170-220). Congrats! Wishing it increases at least the proscribed 66% in two days and onwards...
AFM: I got a 10dpo BFN this morning. It would be nice to have an early BFP, but not expected. I only have to get to Friday (beta)... I can do this.
