Hi All - BFN for me this month--bummer. Moving on to IVF w/ICSI early next year. Congrats to all the BFP's. I don't think I've been in a cycle group where there was such positive outcome. You guys are my inspiration for my next round! Happy Holidays!

impatient08, yes, a woman can get POAS BFNs (including 14dpo!) and have a viable pg. Hang in there!

HopeforVA, FX for Thursday. My clinic does 2 day tests, you are strong to wait four days.

Kerrymv, congrats on your BFP! Beta results?

Kimba73, I'm sorry for your BFN. I am glad you have a plan. I just keep repeating that to myself (even now).

AFM: u/s scheduled in two weeks: Wed 12/29. That to me will be when I "graduate" from my past experiences.

Beta came back at 199 - so strong! I can't believe it!! Next beta on Wednesday...

Kimba - i'm so sorry it didn't work out for you. I firmly believe that IVF/ICSI is the way to go.

impatient - when is your beta?

TTC - so glad to see you have the u/s scheduled. My clinic shuts down that week so i'm not sure when mine will be.

    kerrymv- congrats!!

TTCyears - you are such an inspiration to someone who is just starting this journey to have faith, maintain hope and persevere! I wish you all the best in getting "over the hump"

I agree with Kimba - you ladies are inspiring with all your BFP's and for those of us with BFN's this cycle, our good attitudes are helping keep me positive! My baseline U/S today was all clear - no problems with my ovaries-yippee! I will have another IUI on 12/23.

Happy Holidays to you all and sticky vibes for all the BFP's!

    Kerry-
I am not doing Beta's as of yet. I'd say if this cycle and the next few don't work we will have to go to something else and probably start having Beta's done. Until then its just waiting and POAS.

Okay, um, OMG!!!! Just got the call from the nurse on my beta today++++++++++++++! I tested negative on HPT's up until 9dp5dt. I stopped testing, I have NO symptoms, I have always always gotten symptoms. esp sore (0)(0) when I have gotten pregnant. That's why I was so sure I was not preggo, I even took Ibuprofen yesterday because of my sore neck. I could kick myself today. My HCG was only 123, seems a little low for 11dp5dt (17po). But it is a possitive and I will take it.

So, Impatient08- listen to these girls, there is still hope.

    Kerrymv- Great news

I hope all our other BFP's are still doing good, it sounds like it!

Today is 14dpo-- temps still high. Woke up at 5am positive AF had arrived, I just had that feeling, but nothing was there so I just smiled and went back to bed. Other "symptoms" have gone away, slightly sore bbs, but only to the touch. I told DH if temps are still high up to 18dpo and I'm still getting BFN's I'm going to call the Doc and see if I can get a blood test done just to make sure. If that comes back neg. then we'll start progesterone again. In theory though since I ovulated, if I'm not pg, AF should come on her own right?

So happy for all of you with BFP's; I guess Christmas is the time for miracles!! Still wishing for mine!

Had my first U/S today at 5 weeks and saw gestational sac (just looked like small black hole!). Shockingly, it looks like there could be 2 little sacs in there - not confirmed yet as one is bigger than the other and it is just so early. I have another scan on Friday as they are really concerned about letting me fly due to the OHSS and the risk of blood clots.. Am keeping my fingers crossed!

Impatient08 - hang in there, its a great sign that temps are up still. I really hope that this is your time too.

tam03 - congrats on the BFP - when is your next Beta? Hoping that its nice and high!

HopeforVA & kerrymv - let us know what your BEta is doing on Thursday.

Onlyhope - let us know how your first u/s goes. Its so powerful seeing that little black hole on the screen!!!! Not sure how its possible to love a small black hole, but am feeling so proud of it already. Ha Ha

indygal93 and Kimba73 - big hugs to you both and fingers crossed for next time, just hang in there.

    take care girlies.
