Kids Summer Movies... what are they?

I've heard Ratatouille is very good and funny. Then there is Surf's Up (not sure if that's an older movie... like 6 months? or is new?). Then there is Underdog that is supposed to be good too. Also I heard of some movie with the words Be Good. Anyone know what that movie was? What are the good kids movies we can go to in the afternoon when it's hot as hades and school has not started?

Ratatouille was very good and the kiddos enjoyed it.
Underdog was also good but was a little over the 4 yr olds head.
the Bee movie I think is not out until later this year.
Surf's up was toward the begining of sumer but I thought it was very well done.
our movie theater here does free movie tuesdays where they show old movies and you do not pay admission (of course the snacks will get ya)...i would see if they have something like that at your local movie theater

We saw Ratatouille today, and our almost 5 yr olds were bored. It isn't very exciting, and there isn't really any music (background music, but not as part of the plot). So they just were bored.

MomNC...I agree with you on Ratatouille. I didn't get what all the hoopla was about! Not a terribly exciting movie...

We just went to see "Underdog" yesterday...and it was surprisingly better than I expected! (went with my kids and my nieces...so in total we had a 10 year old, two 6 year olds, a 5 year old and a 3 1/2 year old.) They all enjoyed the movie. Nothing scary or extremely offensive from my perspective.
