I LOVED the episode the other night with Alex Cabot's return. Classic SVU!

Stephanie March does a great job as the ADA...she's so smart, so poised..and then gives the verbal smackdown in the courtroom! Loved when she called the other lawyer a 'sleazeball!'

SVU won it's timeslot in the ratings this week...so apparently, bringing back Alex struck a real chord with the viewers. If this continues...fingers crossed they'll ask March to stick around permanently (assuming the show gets renued.) That new ADA, Kim Greyleck...just isn't cutting the mustard.

Latest word on Mariska is that she is recovering, and hoping to be back to work at the end of the month. As much as I like the episodes with her character in it...I hope she doesn't push it too soon.

OKay....in case any SVU fans care:

Chris Meloni and Mariska Hargitay signed new contracts for Season 11 (and Season 12...should NBC renew the show for a 12th season.)
So...we get another year of Benson and Stabler.

ALso...Stephanie March a.k.a Alex Cabot, will be in at least 10 episodes in S11In addition, Christine Lahti (Emmy winner for "Chicago Hope", back in the '90's)
will be on board recurrently as another A.D.A.

Season 11 will premiere on Sept. 23, at it's NEW time, 9:00 PM (yeah...no more bags under my eyes from trying to stay awake until 11! I'm really psyched about that!)

Hey, this thread seems dead...but I KNOW PEOPLE watch this, besides me!

Just a head's up..."SVU" will be on WEDNESDAYS, back at 10 PM, after the Olympics.

They begin March 3 with TWO NEW episodes back to back! EXCELLENT!
