Ever do this ???

Ever pick-apart someone's baby gift registry??? As in, "OH, my gosh, I can't believe she picked that out.......!" ???????????? Just wondering if there were any other baby-registry stalkers out there ???

I have to admit that I've done that to one friend of mine and now that she's "accidentally" pregnant with her second child in less than a year, I'll probably do it again.

I don't think I'm bitter, but she's the same friend who thinks she can give me advice about how to cope with TTC and PCOS, when she's a fertile myrtle - lol!

I've also already put together my own baby registry, in hopes that I'll get pregnant soon.

Jackie, you mean your friend will register again, even though this is her second kid? I thought that is only for the first one. If she does, then I'd criticize her just for being a baby gift hog!

I think she has already registered for this new baby, actually. She's using the excuse that there's a chance this one will be a girl, even though it's way too early to find out - lol! I'm just quite sick of her right now, to tell you the truth!

Well if she's having a child, then she should be able to buy everything for it! I mean, I think it's cool to have a shower for a first time pregnancy, but any after that just comes across as begging to me. Furthermore, if I decide to buy a gift for a second baby, it will be what I choose to buy! Sorry, but nothing personal against your friend. It just p*sses me off when people have kids and think the world owes them everything because of it. They should get special treatment, and people should want to throw gifts and babysitting offers their way all the time! They shouldn't have to stay at work longer than scheduled, and they should be able to call of whenever their kid is sick, without getting any guff for it.

Okay, that was my little rant.

I agree with you completely. Believe me, I'm not offended! I won't go in to her whole situation, but allowing herself to get pregnant again was a bad idea.
