Random Question of the day... April 19

If you had $10,000 to spend on your house, what would you do with it?

I'm actually in the process of buying my first ever house. It's brand new. The $10k would definitely go toward landscaping since there's none. Maybe a pool, since we'll be in hot hot El Paso. I can't wait to move there this summer. I'm ready to start fresh somewhere new (again).

Wow I can't believe you are on the move again! I agree a pool would be needed down there!

I think I would get a fireplace installed in my house. We don't have one and when we asked about it, they said it would cost about that much.
