Hi,
I just got the news that my 4th cycle and 1 frozen just failed. I am competely devasted. Is there any hope for repeated failure? I just don't know what else to do. We are meeting with are doctor for a consult but don't even know what else to ask. Does anyone have any advice? Doctors say that the issue is with husband sperm, low sperm count and low mobility. I'm really not so sure anymore. Should I do PGD and immune testing? Please help!!!

I thought I would stop by the board randomly today. I had failed cycles including frozen and went through immune testing, PGD, etc. Then I found Dr. Toth in NYC. I had ignored his work for YEARS because I didn't think his specialty had anything to do with us. However, we got tested and treated and got pg naturally the exact month he said we would. We have a healthy 2 year old son now. I very, very, very, very highly recommend Dr. Toth. Here is his book. Don't do what I did and ignore it. Buy (or borrow) the book and read the whole thing. You'll either see yourself in the pages like we did, or not... Good luck to you!!!

Before i read responses to this link, i just want you all to know that when we were in fertility "throws", this site provided me soo much encouragement. It CAN, and WILL happen- if you have the mindset to LET it. If i can offer encouragement- takes TIME, so much MENTAL ENERGY, and FAITH.

I just wanted to stop in and say thanks for everyone's support through the 3 failed IVFs from 2004-2006 (the last one with donor eggs) and a huge thanks thanks to Lauren2005, who recommended Dr Toth. I read both of his books, and wrangled DH into a conference call with him, testing, and finally treatment in 2007. Toth was right; we just needed to fix our bodies. We're now 16 weeks pg naturally thanks to Toth, and the baby looks perfectly healthy so far!
