IUI today

HI,

Well, here I go, I had my IUI today and one tomorrow. The sperm counts were low but motility was very good. Can anyone tell me what their counts were? Dana, do you know yours?

I am a little stresssed about the numbers but overall hopeful.

I will let you know what happens.

Holding thumbs for you Chris. I don't know about numbers because my RE never told me about my DSs analysis, etc. If I got anything it would be that it was a good sample. I really hope this works out for you.

I'm wishing you success on your IUI...think happy thoughts tomorrow I don't recall my exact count either...only that the count and motility were very good. All it takes is one

Thanks

Thanks you guys!!

The nurse told me my specimens were fair. She said that is enough to acheive a preganancy. I am trying to think positive.

Here I go into the 2 week wait!!

My Re never gave me any counts or analysis on my specimens, so I cannot contribute anything there. Good luck. I hope this is the one that works!

Thanks Kari,

How are you doing? Where are you at now? I am now 3 and 4 dpiui. I am praying. I feel better than the last 2 times, but I don't know if this is promising or not. I guess I just have to keep myself busy.

I pray that this one works for you. Try to keep busy so you don't constantly think about it - I know how difficult that is. Ultimately it is out of your hands now.
All the best

Hi Chris!

Yes, I did get mine. I thought they were low too---but the clinic said they were high enough---obviously were!

Timing and healthy eggs are the critical piece for us 'older gals'.

May I go out on a limb and feel like this will be the winning cycle for you? Healthy, plump baby dust and drool coming your way!

Thanks Dana, you always make me feel better!! I had my progesterone and U/S today. It looks like I did ovulate. I have to do a booster of HCG tonight and begin progesterone orally.

How did you feel the first few days after the IUI. I did feel just like normal. Today, I noticed a little cramping. It is 5 and 6 days post IUI.

Talk to you soon.
