Family balancing/ gender selection from frozen embryos

RE said that genetic material for Gender testing can even be taken from frozen embryos unlike PGD where it has to be taken before freezing.

    Anyone tried it?

Perhaps this is because much less material has to be removed from the embryo for testing than with PGD. I have heard that the more you manipulate the frozen embryo, the less likely it is to survive the thaw. Just something I read somewhere...not from any experience!

    Wishing you the best!!
