It has been quiet around here, I hope that means everyone is doing well!

I am feeling, just odd. the m/s is gone, but I am often out of breath and just feel weak and lightheaded. I know the out of breath thing is normal, but boy is it annoying! This morning I was breathing hard eating toast! Who knew eating toast was an aerobic exercise.
? for the other first time mamas-when will you start shopping for the baby/nursery/maternity clothes/etc? I am sooo terrified of miscarrying again I refuse to even look at anything, but at the same time, I am dying to! (Last time, we miscarried the day after we went crib shopping.) I did break down and buy two sleeping bras today.Me (36) DH (38)

Stil feeling pretty miserable here. The evenings are horrible and I can barely get through them without just crying all evening. I'll hit the 12w mark in just two days, so I'm hoping to start feeling some relief very soon. I'll be stopping all my injections then too, so that should help as well.
Otherwise all is well. I listen to this little one's heartbeat every day and it's the sweetest sound ever! We see the Peri on Friday and even though we'll only be 12w2d were hoping to be able to find out the gender. My Peri is very experienced and should be able to give us his best guess. Yeah!
I hope everyone has a wonderful week!
Hugs,

Sirell

Sweet DH ordered a fabulous veggie pizza when I said I was too nauseated to think of what to cook for a Valentine's meal and we opened a few gifties by candlelight. He gave me a pair of girl booties that look like ballerina slippers and a pair of boy bootie-socks that look like lace-up sneakers- those, some Godiva chocolates, a book on being a "Hot Mama", and some Lush massage bars - one to supposedly help keep away stretch marks ;-) He's gonna be a great daddy!
Smiles: DH and I had just finished the paperwork for starting an international adoption and preparing for a home study, so we found a crib on Craigslist and I bought an entirely girlie crib set off eBay, so that we would look totally ready for our home study! I found out I was pg less than a week later! Sometimes I forget that we just have to show the universe/God that we are serious, and that we have to let go of how we are going to get there, though. Anyway, I strongly recommend checking out Craigslist for a crib - you can always get rid of it on there again later, when necessary.me 39, DH 44

Hi ladies, had a very exhausting weekend. I went to brunch with my in-laws while DH was at work on Saturday and I had to leave early because I got sick at the restaurant bathroom. It was embarrassing to say the least. I however, have not been sick since just feeling very nauseous.
For v-day DH and I stayed in and ordered chinese takeout and watched movies all day. I had the day off today and spent a majority of the day with my dad where we went out to lunch and I was feeling pretty nauseous. Feeling ok now just extremely tired while watching the Olympics with DH.
I've noticed that I have an increase in vaginal discharge wondering if anyone else has noticed it as well. I've heard it is normal and I do not have any discomfort or itching or anything like that so I'm not concerned its more of an annoyance. I also have NO sex drive. My poor DH is such a trooper though. I know with my first pregnancy after the first trimester I became much more sexually active with DH. Anyone else have that?Courtney 26 (POF) & DH 26 (Perfect)

Sirell-wow! That would be sooo cool to find out the gender so early. Do your IFs (Is that the correct term?) want to know the gender, or do they want to be surprised?
Herb-LOVE the gifts you got from DH. That is just sooo sweet. A bit jealous.
Cmp-sorry you are so sick. I can't even begin to imagine what that is like. I too have increased discharge, I have read it is normal. I have had an increased sex drive, but our OB said no sex until our next appt. b/c of the SCH and in general she seems a bit more conservative.
Yesterday OB's office called to reschedule my appt on Monday, and they wanted to do it without an u/s. I was very firm that that I wanted an u/s b/c of the bleeding/cramping/ and previous m/c at 12 weeks. (that was missed by over 4 weeks.) The appt lady still tried to argue with me, until I said the magic words "I don't care if insurance doesn't cover it.". What do you know, I have an appointment on Tuesday for an u/s.Me (36) DH (38)
