Trisha, I just got back from the pediatrician, and Lily has the same thing...a blocked tear duct. They gave us some cream for her eye, and told us to keep it clean and massage in between her nasal passage and inner eye. My Poor Baby, her eye looked so sad and crusty! Hopefully it gets better soon!
