AF arrived here yesterday so now I just continue the Lupron and wait for the u/s and b/w on Wednesday. Hopefully donor is starting stims on Friday and I will start Estrogen and cut down Lupron on Thursday!!!

DS is still running a high fever this am. Plan on calling the pedi as soon as they open and get him in this am. Hoping they can figure this out and not tell me it is still viral. I am worried because he seems much sicker than he was last week so clearly it is the same illness just getting worse!

No sleep last night due to DS being up a lot so I am exhausted and cramping from AF. Thank god we do not have much going on this week. Hoping DS takes a long nap today and I might join him!!

Glad AF showed up and you are on your way!!

I am feeling old today. My first baby turn 19!! today!!!!! Time just goes far too fast. All the talk of potty training reminded me of PT Jo and it seems like it was just yesterday! I got lucky--I started reading a book about it and he just did it on his own before I was even finished with the book. Now he's all grown up...enjoy everyday with your LO's ladies!!

One more day and our house is back to normal!!!

Quick update for me...
15dpiui and still getting BFN. Oh well. I'm taking a break this cycle and will be stimming again next time around (end of September, beginning of October). Maybe I'll actually get my butt in gear and really lose those last 10 pounds now....

Best of luck to the rest of you. I'm hoping to hear lots of good news!!

Hi all, can't believe a new week is here again!

Baby#2--you know how excited I am for you!!! I know your ds believes "Maddie" is on her way, and I wanted to share a funny story. Aidan hates the word "sister". Don't ask me why, but when we read one of those Max and Ruby stories he points that little finger at me and says, "don't say Max's sister Ruby!!" I can only say "Ruby". So I said but don't you like sisters? NO. Do you want a sister to live here? NO NO NO. How 'bout a brother? NO. A baby then? Can a generic baby come live in the house? NO. Just me. LOL!! He is such a gift, the perfect child to have when faced w/ secondary IF. Absolutely no feelings of inadequacy or guilt over siblings here, my boy is just fine! Hehehe.

jennl--that sucks. I am really sorry. With the conflicting pee sticks though, would you consider doing a beta? Big hugs girl.

poohbear--sorry about the sucky week. I understand about those evil pee sticks. I have one in a drawer but not even looking at it. It's hopeless this cycle. My son and the dog see to that!

Andrea--great to see you! Hope you and the little bean are feeling marvelous!!

babyval--I love your story!! I think every stage is great! How is it to have an adult conversation/relationship w/ your child?? Any news on sd?? I can't believe her husband was so evil!! Glad she is away from him.

AFM: cd26 awaiting the headache that precedes AF. I have a feeling AF will be a little later this cycle b/c I O'ed on cd15. SIL is watching ds and I am going w/ my bff for massage and pedi. Can't wait!!! Poor Aidan has the dentist as well, so gearing up for massive tantrum and a trip to TRU. I am back to work next week and for the first time in 3 years, I do not feel melancholy/anxious about it. The worst was when Aidan was an infant I cried and walked around in a fog for a while. And I was just depressed leaving him after each summer, till now. He really gave me a run for my money this summer and I *hope* I found a good preschool for him this time. He is going 3.5 hrs. a day/5 days a week. Then the IL's will keep him from 11:30-3:30, then I pick him up and bring him home. If he adjusts and loves the place he may go full time b/c I really can't take dealing w/ the IL's on a daily basis and they treat him as though he is 6 months old and if MIL could she'd swaddle him, but I digress.

BabyV..Wow 19!!! I know that time goes by far too quickly when you have kids! I find myself wondering how I am the mother of an almost 3 yo already!

Kathy..That is cute! Nick loves Max and Ruby too by the way! So far Nick still wants a sister to come and live here. He is still adament that he is not getting a brother though...only time will tell I guess! Who knows though...as he gets a little older he may decide that he does not want a sibling either! LOL!

Andrea...Thanks. I too have a really good feeling about this cycle..but just do not want it to come back and bite me in the butt later like it has so many times in the past already!

DS is still really sick with a fever. He had a 104.6 yesterday afternoon and I was so scared for him. He had a chest x-ray which was negative and we are awaiting the results on his b/w to come in today at some point. I have a feeling they are going to tell me that it is viral and we have to wait it out.
On top of this I have to go and have my u/s and b/w done tomorrow am and have to take him with me as I have no one to watch him. I am trying to see if I can get it done later today instead and arrange for someone to stay with him for an hour or two.

BabyV- 19 ! Oh my goodness. That is amazing. I can't even begin to imagine when Kenny turns 19..I will be so depressed. I hated it when he turned 5. !!!!!

Kathy - Good luck going back to work. I hope it works out for you and that Aidan adjusts well to preschool.

Baby 2- I hope ds is better today. I hate when they get those high fevers with no explanation. Good luck with your b/w and u/s
