Well the HSG went fine. Nicole - I had the ibu's set out and of course I left without them!!! But, as it turned out, it was ok. Got a little crampy, but it was overwith pretty quick! VERY weird to see the inside of me like that! It's also weird to see how very small fallopian tubes are! But, no blockage and uterus looked fine! so that's good, but it doesn't give me any explanations! But, I realize, I probably will never have an explanation as to why this time around is being so tricky.
But...so this is weird. I went in yesterday, on cd8 for an ultrasound. on my cd3 us, my left ovary had several follicles, but my right had none, as usual. So I went in yesterday, and my nurse was talking with my RE and I overheard them a bit, talking about something being weird, and "are you sure" and bits and pieces of their conversation. Anyway, she came in and said "ok, your body is just being a little difficult here". turns out, I have 3 nice sized (for cd8) follicles on my left..1-2, 1-1 and 1-3. But then on my right...all the sudden one big one popped up at 1-9, and I'm only cd8! So they were pretty shocked. So they had me start follistim and are thinking I might be ov'ing pretty early this cycle. I go back in on Mon so we'll see where I'm at then! I normally don't get numbers like 1-9 til at least cd15 or so.
Maybe this is a good sign that this is the month????? we'll see! I'm keeping my fingers crossed! A Jan baby would be great!!! (an anymonth baby would be great!
