the best book

When I first found this bb I read a thread that talked about a book called "Wanting Another Child - Coping With Secondary Infertility" by Harriet Fishman Simons.
I immediately went to amazon.com and ordered it. I live down under and it is not available here, but thankfully the book arrived at my doorstep yesterday, only 6 days after ordering it. I am only about halfway through but I just want any of you out there who don't already know about this book to know that it is a fantastic read and validates so much of what you are thinking and feeling. Some of the quotes could have been written by me and I have been brought to tears several times, but it is very cathartic. I believe the book is now out of print (though I don't know why??) but I got a used copy from amazon. It was so worth the money. Do yourself a favour and get ahold of it read it!
PS Whoever mentioned it in the thread that I read...thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I suggested it. You're welcome.

I, too, found it saying exactly the things I had thought about or said. It made me feel better to see that all these emotions were to be expected, and there was nothing wrong with me.

It is, unfortunately, an out of print book. Even here in the States, I had to order a used copy on Amazon, which was just fine, but I do wonder why it had to go out of print. Anyone dealing with secondary IF should read this.

In any case, I'm glad my post was helpful to someone, and I hope we all get pg soon and can make our secondary IF a memory...
