POF symptoms, anyone relate?

I think I go in and out of denial of my POF diagnosis and lately I have been feeling awful. To explain, my DH and I are pursuing Donor Egg IVF and my OB/GYN won't put me on HRT or anything until AFTER a pg/birth or if we don't conceive, then when we move on...

Anyway, I get Estrogen, Testosterone and B12 shots every 2-4 weeks but I am having some serious symtoms either from the shots or from menopause. I am extremely exhausted alot, I feel sooo bloated and have experienced a little weight gain ( about 10 lbs. since December

), headaches after the shots and extreme ovary pain and cramping after the shots. It feel like I'm ovulating but it is too coincidental since the pain starts 2 days after the shots. Lastly, I feel like I'm just not myself...is this enough for you?

Can anyone relate and is anyone on HRT? Does POF/menopause get easier? Any recommended vitamins or meds? Help!

i GET TERRIBLE HEADACHES ETC. I ve trie dvarious things, pills, estrace and provera , patches. UI guess nothing works like the real thing. Did you ask about going on BCP?
