I had an emergency check and made sure everything was looked over. Turns out I have twins in there. I'm 6 weeks along and wanted to know if 18.3 for progesterone was a good number at 6 weeks especially for twins? I'm on PIO shots I just hope they are doing their job. Any comments please feel free!

twins and progesterone levels

This is what I have from my pregnancy notebook:
I had two days of IUI 9/18 and 9/19 (my 36th birthday) took novarell shot on 9/16 or 9/17 I can't remember what day it was but I want to say it was 2 days before the first IUI.
10/1 (15 days after the novarell shot) they did my blood and it was 72 for HGC and 30 for progesterone. They said the numbers had to be over 50 for HCG and over 10 for progesterone. My numbers did not indicate twins. I went in on 10/4 and my HCG number was 261 and my progesterone was over 40. on 10/7 it was 895 (it needed to be at least 500) and estrogen was over 40, it needed to be greater than 40. They still said based on my numbers they did not think twins was likely.
I had a lot of cramping, especially in my ovaries and some brown spotting I was pretty freaked out about that. The ovarian pain was from large cysts in my ovaries. on 10/12 I had my first ultrasound (5w3d) There was one gestational sac, no yolk sack. Only one baby. No heartbeat. They said I had 50/50 chance of it becoming a baby. They took my HCG it was 6,795 and the progesterone was 39.5
I asked to come back 3 days later and they let me 10/15 (5w6d) there was a yolk sac but still no heartbeat (still only one baby) I came back on 10/20 (6w3d) and they saw two heartbeats.
I was also put on progesterone suppositories but I can't remember when they started giving them to me. I think it was fairly early on. I don't know if the numbers my clinic aims for are the standard or not but what did your clinic say when they told you the numbers? Can they up the dose or change the prescription to something else?
me 36, DH 39

My hcg levels as of yesturday was 40160 which I was told was in the norm. Progesterone 18.3 I called up my RE and asked if the progesterone was okay for twins and she said anything above 10 is good so I guess they are happy with it. I know once the placentas kick in I should be fine.
