    Birth Announcement

    Hi all --

My little guys made their grand entrance at 12:18 and 12:19 pm on Tuesday, December 28th!

Baby A (Urban) was 5 lbs 5 oz and is 19.25 inches long.
Baby B (Oscar) was 6 lbs 15 oz and is 20 inches long.

We were attempting a VBAC for Monday the 27th but I never dilated so we ended up with another c-secton. Born at 36 weeks 5 days, both were perfectly healthy and neither spent any time in the special care nursery.

Both are latching well for breastfeeding, although they DO have a hard tme staying awake to eat. They have both dropped about 10% of thier weight, but we aren't overly concerned. I'm sure once we get them home they will get on a better schedule and start eating better.

Mom and both babies are expected to all be going home tomorrow!

    Happy Happy New Years!!!
