if you are going to put them in the same crib in the beginning, I would register for sleep positioners for sure. I got a video monitor and was really happy that I did. If bottle feeding: Bottle drying rack, formula stirer (they are battery operated), these cool formula containers by munchkin
Cuddle-u - it's kinda like a boppy but has a strap that keeps them in.
2 swings
2 bouncy seats
that's all that is popping into my head right now
Congrats!

Swings and bouncy seats for sure! Definately the sleep positioners. I'd recommend gowns or clothing with zippers. You are going to be too tired to deal w/ all the snaps and buttons in the middle of the night!

The basics: 2 swings, 2 bouncy seats, 2 car seats, 2 cribs, 2 highchairs
If you are planning to bottle feed....extra bottles. It makes it so much easier to pre-make formula and pre-fill bottles to put in the fridge. You won't have to wash and fill bottles at every feeding.
Congrats and good luck!
